What I Do.
Five areas of expertise, one streamlined solution.
Internal & Employee Communications
This is the work most likely to be under-resourced, and most likely to matter. Change and reorg announcements. Leadership and executive messages. All-staff emails written for the person receiving them. Employee newsletters and intranet content. Manager talking points and cascade materials.
If your people say they never hear anything while your team feels like it communicates constantly, that gap is usually structural. It's fixable.
Content Writing
Magazines, newsletters, e-communications, product marketing, collateral pieces, thought leadership. Long-form and short, in your voice rather than mine.
Voice & Messaging
Your company already has a voice — it's in how your best manager explains a change to the team, and in the way your founder talks once the deck is closed. It’s just buried under review cycles.
This is finding it, writing it down, and turning it into something people can actually use: message architecture, voice guidelines with real examples, and positioning language your team reaches for instead of rewriting every time.
Strategy & Planning
Communications and content strategy. Personal and professional brand alignment. Editorial calendars. Campaign planning. And the brainstorming that has to happen before anyone opens up a document — usually the part that gets overlooked, and usually the reason the writing goes badly.
Script & Video Production
Brand anthems, event openers, keynote and heritage films — written here, produced with a network of directors and editors.
How we work together.
By project. A defined piece of work with a start and an end. A magazine issue, a launch, a marketing campaigns, messaging framework.
Ongoing. A set number of hours or deliverables each month. Best when there's steady volume and you'd rather not re-brief every time.
On call. For teams that need occasional senior help. Covers the weeks that go sideways.
